I. Rule 41, which was published in the Gazette of the 18th August, 1916, and which was subsequently amended, and the Schedule thereto, which was published in the Gazette of the 18th August, 1916, and which was also subsequently amended, are repealed, and the following Rule and Schedule are substituted therefor :---

(2) Goods marked (13), to all destinations other than destinations in the United Kingdom and British Possessions and Protectorates;

(3) Goods marked (C), to all destinations in European and Asiatic Russia and in other foreign countries in Europe and on the Mediterranean, except France and French Possessions, Italy and Italian Posses- sions, Portugal, Belgium, Greece, Spain, and Morocco;

(4) Goods marked (D), to all destinations other than destinations in the United Kingdom, British Possessions and Protectorates, France, and Italy;

(5) Goods marked (E), to all destinations other than
